These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Luthiençia: Interactive Biography (the "Site"), operated personally by Luthiençia Baptiste ("Luthiençia," "she," or "we"). By accessing the Site or sending a message to the AI assistant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is a personal, interactive biography. The AI assistant answers questions about Luthiençia Baptiste — her background, vision, and the companies and projects she has founded or developed, including The Space Tickets Company, Belnes, Higher Domains, and Ayiti.com — based on information Luthiençia has chosen to publish about herself.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for general audiences. By using it you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services). If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. The assistant and accuracy of answers

Answers generated by the assistant are produced by an AI model working from a biography written and curated by Luthiençia. They are informational and conversational, and may be incomplete, out of date, or occasionally incorrect. Do not rely on the assistant for legal, financial, medical, business, investment, or other professional advice. For anything important, verify independently and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

4. Use of your questions

Questions and other content you submit to the assistant ("Submissions") are recorded. By submitting them, you grant Luthiençia a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, review, analyze, and use Submissions to operate and improve the Site and the assistant, to understand what visitors are curious about, and for Luthiençia's own personal and editorial purposes. Aggregated or de-identified insights derived from Submissions may be used without restriction. See the Privacy Notice for details on how Submissions are handled.

5. No private or confidential information

Conversations on the Site are not private. Do not share confidential, sensitive, or personally identifying information about yourself or anyone else (for example, government IDs, financial account numbers, health information, passwords, or private contact details). Treat anything you type as if it could be reviewed and retained.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate Luthiençia or anyone else, including by attempting to make the assistant produce such content.
  • Probe, scan, or attack the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or bypass security or rate limits.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale, or use automated means to query the assistant beyond ordinary personal use.
  • Use the Site or its outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate another AI model without Luthiençia's prior written permission.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property, is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
  • Misrepresent the assistant's answers as statements personally authored by Luthiençia in real time, or fabricate quotes attributed to her.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, the biography content, the underlying code, design, "Luthiençia" and related names and marks, and the names of her companies and projects (including The Space Tickets Company, Belnes, Higher Domains, and Ayiti.com) are owned by Luthiençia or her affiliated entities and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution; all other rights are reserved.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and platforms (such as luthiencia.com, belnes.com, ayiti.com, space.tickets, Medium, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Those sites are independent and have their own terms and privacy practices. Luthiençia is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and the assistant are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Luthiençia does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the assistant's answers will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luthiençia and her affiliated entities will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the assistant. Total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luthiençia and her affiliated entities from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your Submissions, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Luthiençia may suspend or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
